You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform UniMerch Merchandising GmbH (Ringstr. 4–6, 82223 Eichenau, Germany, Phone: +49 (0)8141/3698-0, Email: info@unimerch.de) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the withdrawal form provided with your delivery, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification before the 14-day period has expired.
Returns or exchanges can be made within 14 days after receiving the goods. Please follow these steps:

After receiving and inspecting the returned items, your payment will be refunded:
The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Refunds are usually processed within 5 working days after receipt of the returned goods, and no later than 14 days in exceptional cases.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of return—whichever occurs first.
To exchange a product, please return the original item as described above and place a new order.
